THE JUATINGA STATE
ECOLOGICAL RESERVE
The Juatinga State Ecological Reserve (REEJ) created in 1992, is located on the Costa Verde in the municipality of Paraty, RJ, and has an area of approximately 9,960 hectares. The reserve is part of the Atlantic Forest Biosphere Reserve.
